Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Property Access Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team is unable to gain access upon arrival, a lockout fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

Pet Policy

For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that all pets be secured or non-aggressive during service appointments.

Dream Team Cleaners reserves the right to discontinue service if a pet presents a safety concern.

Time & Condition Adjustment Policy

Pricing estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking and the expected condition of the property.

Excessive buildup, clutter, heavy soil conditions, or other unexpected circumstances may require additional cleaning time and/or pricing adjustments.

Whenever possible, clients will be notified and approval will be obtained before additional charges are incurred.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

When applicable, we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Damage & Liability Policy

Any damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Dream Team Cleaners is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly installed fixtures or furnishings
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from faulty equipment, aging materials, or undisclosed fragile items

Verified claims will be reviewed promptly and handled appropriately.

Photo Documentation & Marketing Policy

To maintain quality standards and verify service completion, Dream Team Cleaners may take photographs before, during, and/or after services are performed.

These photographs may be used for:

• Quality control and training purposes
• Documentation of property condition before and after service
• Verification of completed work
• Internal recordkeeping
• Resolving customer concerns or damage claims

Dream Team Cleaners may also use select photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, or promotional materials.

We make every reasonable effort to avoid capturing personal information, family photographs, sensitive documents, valuables, or other identifying information within marketing materials.

By scheduling services with Dream Team Cleaners, clients acknowledge and consent to the collection of photo documentation for business purposes.

Clients who prefer that photographs of their property not be used for marketing purposes may notify Dream Team Cleaners in writing prior to their scheduled service. Such requests will not affect our ability to take photographs for quality control, documentation, or service verification purposes.

Right to Refuse Service

Dream Team Cleaners reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or otherwise present a risk to our staff.

Examples may include biohazards, pest infestations, illegal activity, aggressive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.
